    Please note that D E L P H I N E designs are created with real flowers. Real flowers are natural products of their environments and as such, are subject to variations in size, color, condition, and availability. For best results, we recommend seasonally-appropriate flowers to all clients. In the event that a preferred product is unavailable, we will (to the extent reasonably possible and necessary) inform the client and replace the missing product with something equal or similar in aesthetic and value.

    Keeping your florals...After the event? You must inform DFD of your desire to retain your event florals. We are privileged to work with many venues and vendors, and value our relationships with them. As such, we promptly arrive to clean up at the end of our events. Unwanted florals will be discarded. If you have arranged to donate your florals, or wish to keep them, let us know! Boxes will be provided.

  Booking and cancellation...When we receive an inquiry, a soft hold is placed on your date. You will be contacted if others inquire about the same date. Upon receiving a signed contract and deposit, a firm hold is placed on your date. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you must reschedule your event, appropriate notice must be given. From that notification, we will work with clients on an individual basis.

      Quality Assurance...In accordance with our standard contractual provisions, we do not permit florals (designed or otherwise) provided by other individuals or vendors on or in any venue for which our designs have been commissioned. This includes D-I-Y projects whether the flowers/greenery used are faux or real/natural. We take pride in procuring our stems from trustworthy, licensed suppliers with the highest standards in quality assurance. Furthermore, it is our endeavor to provide you with a cohesive, finished, quality aesthetic that aligns with your style as well as the style of our brand.

     ...We recommend budgeting at least $3,000 to cover the cost of bridal party florals and reception arrangement basics. Experience proves this amount an appropriate minimum to assure floral excellence for a wedding of average size. Estimates for large installations will be assessed individually. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

      Payment options include cash, check, Venmo, or card. Card payments may be made over the phone or in person, and it should be noted that processing fees (set by POS) apply to card payments & Venmo. All estimates given and payments made are subject to tax. Checks should be made payable to D E L P H I N E   F L O R A L   D E S I G N.
